Confidentiality Agreement

We’re excited you’re ready to make a change within your business. Before we move forward, we establish confidentiality to protect both your business and ours. Please review and complete the agreement below. Once submitted, with secure payment you will gain access to our High-Performance Culture System™.

By proceeding, the undersigned agrees to the following:

• All systems, processes, frameworks, materials, documents, and methodologies provided by Jammin J and Co, LLC are proprietary and constitute confidential information, intellectual property, and trade secrets

• The undersigned agrees not to copy, reproduce, distribute, disclose, transmit, or otherwise make available any portion of such information to any third party

• The undersigned agrees not to use any information obtained for the purpose of replicating, reverse engineering, or creating a competing system or service

• The undersigned acknowledges that any unauthorized use or disclosure may cause irreparable harm to Jammin J and Co, LLC, for which monetary damages alone may be insufficient

• In the event of a breach of this agreement, Jammin J and Co, LLC shall be entitled to pursue all remedies available at law or in equity, including injunctive relief and monetary damages

• The undersigned agrees that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, they shall be responsible for any and all costs incurred by Jammin J and Co, LLC in enforcing this agreement, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection or enforcement expenses, in the event Jammin J and Co, LLC prevails

• These confidentiality obligations apply whether or not the undersigned proceeds with any further engagement

• The undersigned represents that they are acting on behalf of a legitimate business or organization and that all information provided is accurate

• Jammin J and Co, LLC reserves the right to verify business identity and submitted information

Jammin J and Co, LLC agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public business information provided by the undersigned, including operational, financial, employee, and internal business details.

Such information will not be disclosed to any third party except as required by law.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Greene County, Missouri.
