• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or share our systems or materials with any third party
• Repurpose, repackage, or resell any portion of our systems or content
• Use our materials to build, replicate, reverse engineer, or create a competing product, system, service, or offering
• Provide unauthorized access to any protected membership, materials, or training content

Purchases & Payment Terms

All prices, payment terms, and product descriptions are presented at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount and acknowledge that access to the purchased system or service is tied to that transaction.

Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers, including Stripe and related platforms, and is subject to their terms and security measures.

No Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of the systems, immediate access to proprietary materials, and the nature of the intellectual property provided, Jammin J & Co, LLC does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, chargeback approvals, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed, except where required by law.

Business Compliance & Legal Responsibility

Implementation Support

Purchase of the High Performance Culture System™ does not include separate implementation consulting, guided execution, or additional done-with-you or done-for-you services unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Additional implementation support may be offered separately and is subject to separate terms, pricing, and agreement.

No Guarantee of Results

While our systems are designed to improve structure, accountability, communication, alignment, and performance, Jammin J & Co, LLC does not guarantee any specific financial, operational, hiring, retention, or performance results.

Results depend on many factors, including but not limited to implementation quality, leadership consistency, business circumstances, team execution, and ongoing operational decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jammin J & Co, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our website, systems, memberships, resources, or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase, system, or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Jammin J & Co, LLC for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
