Agreement Terms & Conditions
By proceeding, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to the following:
• Jammin J and Co, LLC will provide structured implementation guidance designed to establish and maintain a high performance culture within the organization
• The undersigned acknowledges that implementation may require operational adjustments, including but not limited to hiring processes, interview structure, employee onboarding, disciplinary procedures, internal meetings, incentive structures, and overall team accountability standards
• Implementation may also include updates or restructuring of internal documentation, policies, employee handbooks, compensation models, uniforms where applicable, and performance expectations across all roles
• The undersigned agrees that ownership, leadership, and designated personnel will actively participate in implementation and will be held accountable to the same standards established within the organization
• The undersigned acknowledges that results are directly dependent on execution, consistency, and adherence to the systems and guidance provided
• The system is designed to support proper hiring alignment, including evaluating candidates based on role expectations, performance standards, and organizational fit
• All fees, deposits, and remaining balances are due as outlined within this agreement and are non-refundable under any circumstances
• Any unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law calculated monthly, until paid in full
• In the event of non-payment, the undersigned agrees to be responsible for any and all costs incurred in the collection or enforcement of this agreement, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection expenses
• The undersigned acknowledges that implementation may involve additional costs, including but not limited to printing or updating materials, employee handbooks, uniforms, or other operational changes, and that such costs are the sole responsibility of the undersigned unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Jammin J and Co, LLC
• The undersigned acknowledges that Jammin J and Co, LLC does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, and that performance improvements are contingent upon proper implementation and consistancy. It works within an active successful business we currently own and
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Jammin J and Co, LLC for any claims arising out of or related to this agreement shall be limited strictly to the total amount of fees actually paid within this agreement by the undersigned
• Any disputes arising under this agreement shall first be submitted to mediation in good faith prior to the initiation of any legal proceedings
• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri
• Any legal action arising from this agreement shall be brought exclusively within Greene County, Missouri
